For purchase transactions: If you have a copy of the seller's title policy and it is less than 10 years old, the purchaser is entitled to the reissue rate up to the amount of the original policy. If this applies to you, please enter the amount of the seller's title policy above.

For refinance transactions:  If the mortgage you are refinancing is less than 10 years old, you are entitled to a refinance rate up to the amount of the original policy.  Please enter the amount of the mortgage being refinanced above.
Records searches which include county, tax and superior court information and required endorsements including a "Closing Service Letter" for your settlement attorney/agent are not included in the above amount.  These charges range between $300 and $400 per transaction depending on the particulars of your transaction.
