• 1 to 3 day turnaround time on all refinance orders.

• 3 to 5 day turnaround time on all purchase orders.

• Tax and Assessment searches.

• Charles Jones, Inc., judgments and patriot name searches.

• Flood Hazard Certificates, if applicable.

• Surveys ordered, if applicable.

• Purchase orders being closed by attorneys, our title commitments will be forwarded directly to their office as well as to the lender via e-mail or overnight mail, upon notification.

Closing Services:

• Borrowers are contacted immediately by our friendly office staff.

• Payoffs for a refinance closing are obtained by our office.

• Preparation of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement.

• Preparation of documents, such as Deed(s) and Mortgage(s)

• Disbursement of Funds.

• We provide 24/7 Closing Services and will travel throughout New Jersey.

Title Policies

• Upon final review of all closing documents from the refinance and/or purchase closing, Elite Title Group will order additional information from the county and state in order to promptly issue the final title policy.

• Original Loan Policy(ies) will be forwarded directly to the lender.

• Original Owners Policy(ies) will be forwarded directly to the closing attorney.
